The Recovery Room at Kinective Health & Performance is a dedicated space offering Red Light Therapy using the Kala Red Light Elite Panel, alongside Normatec Compression Therapy, to support recovery, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
These therapies are designed to complement your existing care, movement routine, or training schedule by helping the body recover more efficiently between treatments, workouts, and busy days.
Recovery Room sessions are 30 minutes and are offered in a calm, uninterrupted environment and may be booked as a standalone service or added before or after an existing appointment.
Individual sessions can be booked directly through Jane App. For those looking to make recovery part of their routine, we also offer monthly memberships. To get started with a membership, please contact the clinic.

The Recovery Room offers two evidence-informed recovery therapies, which may be booked individually or combined.

Red Light Therapy uses targeted wavelengths of light to support recovery at a cellular level. By stimulating circulation and cellular energy production, Red Light Therapy may help reduce inflammation, support tissue repair, and promote faster recovery following physical activity or treatment.
Sessions are commonly used to support muscle recovery, joint health, and overall energy levels, and may be added before or after clinical care or booked as a standalone recovery session.
Sessions are 30 minutes.

Normatec Compression Therapy uses dynamic air compression to support circulation and lymphatic flow in the limbs. Controlled, sequential pressure helps encourage blood flow, reduce muscle soreness, and support recovery following training or treatment.
Normatec sessions are often used to help manage swelling, stiffness, and fatigue, and may be incorporated into a broader recovery or performance routine.
Sessions are 30 minutes.

The Recovery Stack combines Red Light Therapy and Normatec Compression Therapy into a single 30-minute session for a more comprehensive recovery experience. This option supports circulation, tissue recovery, and relaxation, making it ideal for those looking to maximize recovery time.

One session per week for recovery and maintenance.• Elite Membership: $280/month + HST
