Longevity Assessment

The Longevity Assessment at Kinective Health & Performance is a comprehensive, physical evaluation designed to identify early signs of functional decline and support long-term health, performance, and resilience.

Led by Dr. Sean Sutton, this 90-minute assessment evaluates how your body moves, performs, and recovers today so you can make informed decisions about how you’ll move, feel, and function in the years ahead.

Assessment components may include strength and mobility testing, cardiovascular and respiratory fitness (VO₂ max), body composition analysis, recovery capacity, and overall movement quality. Findings are used to establish a clear baseline, identify risk areas early, and create a personalized roadmap for aging well.

You’ll receive a comprehensive personalized health performance analysis report along with actionable recommendations to improve energy, recovery, resilience, and long-term physical performance.

Through a personalized exercise program, Dr. Sutton will help you implement the actionable steps discussed during your visit to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
