DR. MAYA FROMAN

Chiropractor

Dr. Maya believes great care begins with understanding what matters most to each patient. Her passion for chiropractic grew from personal experience after recovering from neck pain and whiplash as a teenager. Experiencing firsthand how patient-centred care could restore movement, confidence, and quality of life inspired her to help others do the same. Today, she takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and creates treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

Maya has a special interest in combining hands-on chiropractic care with Clinical Pilates to improve movement, build strength, and create lasting results. She believes long-term recovery comes from restoring function while building stability, confidence, and resilience through targeted exercise. Whether treating injury, persistent pain, or helping patients perform at their best, she focuses on helping people move well for the long term.

Outside the clinic, Maya is a dedicated runner and triathlete who recently completed her first Half Ironman. Patients appreciate her calm, thoughtful approach and the genuine care she brings to every visit. Whether recovering from injury, returning to sport, or simply wanting to move with less pain, she is committed to helping every patient regain confidence, restore function, and achieve their goals.

Dr. Maya earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Clinical Honours. She also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Queen’s University and has completed additional training in medical acupuncture through McMaster University and STOTT Clinical Pilates.
