SOPHIE KOLADICH, Reg. PT, MSc(PT), BKin

Registered Physiotherapist
Certified Pilates Instructor

Sophie Koladich is a Registered Physiotherapist with a specialized focus in Clinical Pilates, which she integrates into her practice to deliver precise, movement-based rehabilitation and performance-focused care. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University and is certified in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Lagree.

Sophie is known for her meticulous, biomechanics-driven approach and her attention to how the body moves, adapts, and performs over time. Her treatment style emphasizes movement quality, progressive loading, and intentional, individualized programming to build strength, control, and long-term resilience. Her lens extends beyond the physical body, integrating nervous system regulation and recognizing that how a client feels within their body is a key pillar to the rehabilitation process.

She has a particular interest in optimizing longevity, health span, injury recovery, and overall well-being. Her approach has been shaped by training with leading Pilates educators internationally and by time spent living in Costa Rica, which has further deepened her holistic perspective.

Outside the clinic, Sophie leads an active, adventurous lifestyle. With a background in strength training and sport, her personal practice has evolved into an integrated approach to movement, performance, and human optimization. This experience informs her clinical work, allowing her to support clients ranging from active individuals to those seeking a higher level of physical capacity.
