Where Performance Meets Wellness

We’ve designed a beautiful, high-end studio in the Forest Hill neighbourhood of Toronto with a soothing atmosphere so you can fully relax and immerse yourself in the healing environment.

There are 7 multidisciplinary, accessible treatment offices, a dedicated recovery room offering Red Light Therapy using the Kala Red Light Elite Panel, alongside Normatec Compression Therapy, and a fully equipped exercise and rehab space, including Merrithew V2Max reformers,  designed to fulfill the needs of you and your therapist. In addition, shockwave therapy is available as part of physiotherapy and chiropractic care when appropriate.

We also sell many of the products used in our gym space from Merrithew and other high-quality brands, making it easy for you to carry out your treatment plan at home.

  • We are located at 439 Spadina Rd, Unit 300/301, Toronto, ON M5P 3M6.

    You’ll find us in Forest Hill Village, just north of St. Clair Avenue.

    By public transit: We’re about a 10-minute walk from St. Clair West Station (TTC Line 1 – Yonge–University). Exit at Heath Street, walk east on Heath, then head north on Spadina. The clinic is on the east side of Spadina, near BMO and Starbucks.

  • We are conveniently located right next to a Green P parking lot at the north-east corner of Spadina Rd. and Thelma Ave in midtown Toronto, in the Forest Hill neighbourhood.

    There is also ample paid street parking along Spadina Rd, on both the east and west sides of the street. If you choose to take advantage of the free 2-hour parking along the side streets surrounding us, we kindly remind you to be mindful of the posted parking restrictions. 

    There are numerous bike racks available right outside our front door.

  • Yes. The clinic is on the 3rd floor, but the building has an elevator.

  • You can book or manage appointments online through our JaneApp portal.

    Online changes or cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, please call or email us directly to cancel or reschedule.

  • We require 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment without charge, out of respect for your therapist’s schedule and the time another patient could have used.

    If you need to cancel your appointment, please email info@kinectivehealth.com or call and leave a voicemail at (416) 792-4455.

    Please do so as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend your appointment.

    Note that appointments may also be cancelled and changed online at https://kinectivehealth.janeapp.com up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    All missed (no-show) appointments without cancellation will be charged accordingly.

  • At this time, we do not offer direct billing to your insurance company.

    We accept cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX as payment methods.

    Our staff will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
