Sunny Jangwal

Registered Massage Therapist


Sunny Jangwal received his diploma in massage therapy from Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy. He has also completed a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health science from York University as well as a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Magna Cum Laude honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).

In addition to his studies, Sunny has completed training in sports massage, athletic taping, soft tissue release techniques, athletic movement assessment, cranio-sacral therapy, and a certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University. 

Sunny has extensive clinical experience treating injuries in people of varying ages and skill levels but has also worked with pro athletes in a variety of sports settings. His past experiences include working with triathletes, marathon runners, the Toronto Marlies, and Toronto Croatia in the Canadian Soccer League.

Sunny prioritizes individualized plans to help rehabilitate and increase performance in his patients. His hands-on approach includes a variety of manual therapy techniques in combination with exercise prescription and patient education.

When Sunny is not in the clinic he‘s likely watching sports, playing soccer, or he’s at Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy where he is a clinical instructor teaching the next generation of massage therapists.
