Liana Amaral is a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. With almost 10 years of experience, her passion for learning never ends. Liana is trained in various techniques including trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and myofascial release techniques. Additionally, Liana holds her level 1 and level 2 in the practice of Reiki. She is currently studying to become a Reiki Master! 

Liana has experience treating patients with musculoskeletal pain and injuries as well as those looking for a more relaxing style of treatment. In her treatment, Liana will use various techniques that aim to target your stress, fatigue, chronic and acute pains as well as any other soft tissue injuries that you might be experiencing. Her goal is to ensure that each patient gets what they need out of their treatment and ultimately allows them to have a happier and healthier day. 

When Liana isn't at work, she enjoys listening to podcasts that enlighten her about people's overall physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Liana enjoys being outdoors, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
