Cristy is a recent graduate from Centennial College with a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy and is currently awaiting to complete her registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Prior to her academic enrollment, she completed the Thai Massage Therapist Diploma at Lotus Palm Institute of Thai Massage and Traditional Bodywork in Montreal. 

Cristy has been passionate about health and wellness since she was a young girl and has been learning about health, nutrition and rehabilitation ever since. In addition to her Massage Therapy training, she has pursued studies in Recreation and Leisure , and Personal Training . She enjoys helping others and hopes to create a positive impact on every person she meets.

Cristy believes the front desk plays a vital role in starting the client’s health journey off with calm and reassurance. She looks forward to greeting you at your next appointment at Kinective Health & Performance.
